采用索氏回流提取法提取三尖杉内生真菌SR1-26(Fusarium sp.)的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离和鉴定其化学成分,并通过滤纸片扩散法初步研究挥发油的抑菌活性。从内生真菌 SR1-26的挥发油中共鉴定出18种化学成分,主要为油酸(58.61%)、棕榈酸(10.06%)、油酸乙酯(12.05%)等脂肪酸类及部分脂肪烷烃和烯醛类物质;活性检测表明挥发油样品对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和沙门氏菌(Salmonella typhl)显示较强的抑制作用。
採用索氏迴流提取法提取三尖杉內生真菌SR1-26(Fusarium sp.)的揮髮油,利用氣相色譜-質譜聯用技術(GC-MS)分離和鑒定其化學成分,併通過濾紙片擴散法初步研究揮髮油的抑菌活性。從內生真菌 SR1-26的揮髮油中共鑒定齣18種化學成分,主要為油痠(58.61%)、棕櫚痠(10.06%)、油痠乙酯(12.05%)等脂肪痠類及部分脂肪烷烴和烯醛類物質;活性檢測錶明揮髮油樣品對金黃色葡萄毬菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli)和沙門氏菌(Salmonella typhl)顯示較彊的抑製作用。

The volatile oils of endophytic fungus SR1-26 isolated from Cephalotaxus fortunei were ex-tracted with Soxhlet extraction method.The chemical composition were separated and identified by gas chroma-tography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).We studied the antimicrobial activity of the volatile oils by filter paper diffusion method.The volatiles were mainly composed of 18 components in the mycelium of endophytic fungus SR1-26:oleic acid (58.61%), palmitic acid (10.06%), linnleic acid, ethyl oleate (12.05%), these ali-phatic acids, alkanes and aldehydes, and so on.The volatiles exhibited antimicrobial activities against Staphy-lococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhl .
