　　为了提高搪瓷产品的涂层着附性、颜色均匀性和表面光滑度等烧结精度，利用热辐射原理设计加热区炉膛，用热蜗流原理设计预热区炉膛，并改造传统的箱式窑炉为回转式窑炉，其加工工艺流程集喷涂、预热、烧结冷却等于一体，进而研制了一套具有零件传送机构、高效节能、操作简便、设备维护维修简单等特点的高稳定性的车载式回转搪瓷烧结炉。该设备的使用为搪瓷烧结工艺提供了量化理论分析依据，对提高搪瓷产品的质量，节约能源，促进搪瓷工业的发展等具有非常重要的意义。

In order to improve the accuracy of enamel products --- coating attached sex ,color uniformity ,surface smoothness ,etc ,ther-mal radiation principles are used to design heating zone furnace ,hot cochlear flow principle to preheating zone furnace and the transforma-tion of the traditional box -type furnace for the rotary furnace ,with process flow set spraying ,preheating ,sintering and cooling .A set of vehicle-mounted rotary enamel sintering furnace is developed to deliver parts agencies ,with energy -saving ,easy operation ,easy equip-ment maintenance and high stability .The use of the device provides enamel sintering process with a quantitative theoretical analysis ,to im-prove the quality of ceramic products ,energy conservation ,and to promote the development of ceramic industry .
