　　依托衡水湖良好的生态环境，围绕“生态和休闲”两大主题，结合衡水湖环湖地形、植被现状，以“生态、观光、旅游”为理念，构建“一带六区”的斑—廊—基空间格局，将生态造林与休闲度假项目相结合，打造一处集森林休闲度假、娱乐游憩、农业观光、生态养生等多种功能为一体的观光旅游度假中心。
　　의탁형수호량호적생태배경，위요“생태화휴한”량대주제，결합형수호배호지형、식피현상，이“생태、관광、여유”위이념，구건“일대륙구”적반—랑—기공간격국，장생태조림여휴한도가항목상결합，타조일처집삼림휴한도가、오악유게、농업관광、생태양생등다충공능위일체적관광여유도가중심。
Relying on the good ecological environment of Hengshui Lake and around the major themes of "ecology and leisure", based on the idea of ecology, sightseeing and tourism, the paper has built a spot–gallery–base spatial framework including one area and six zones. Combined with the ecological afforestation and leisure vacation, the design has created a sight-seeing and eco-tourism resort containing forest leisure, entertainment, recreation, agriculture, tourism, ecological health and other functions.
