文章运用多元回归分析法，对福建省2001-2011年农村社会养老保险与城镇居民养老保险覆盖率的影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示农村居民的人均收入、物价水平、福建省人均GDP以及抚养比对参保率没有显著影响，在对城镇居民的参保率的分析中，人均收入、物价水平、福建省人均GDP都有显著性影响。进一步分析发现，自从2009年福建省实施新农村社会养老保险制度以来，全省农村养老保险的水平几乎达到全覆盖，同2001-2009年期间相比效果显著。因此对于困难群体参与社会保险，政府加大财政补贴具有重要作用。

With the multiple regression analysis , the factors are analyzed empirically affecting the coverage rate of the rural and urban social endowment insurance in Fujian Province in 2001 -2011 .The results showed that the participation rate of rural residents wasn't affected significantly by their per capita income , the price level ,the per capita GDP of Fujian province ,and the dependency ratio;while ,the participation rate of urban residents was affected significantly by their per capita income , the price level , the per capita GDP of Fujian province .Through further analysis ,it was found that since the implementation of the new rural social endowment insurance system in Fujian in 2009 ,the level of the rural endowment insurance in the whole province has reached almost full coverage , and the effect is remarkable compared with the 2001-2009 period.Therefore,the government's financial subsidies play an important role for the disadvantaged groups to participate in social insurance .
