?以低熔点石蜡为相变材料,以苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物/辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,以甲醛和尿素为反应单体,采用两步法原位聚合制备了脲醛树脂(UF)/低熔点石蜡微胶囊。研究了反应单体甲醛和尿素的摩尔比对UF的结构,微胶囊的热行为、外观形貌、粒径大小及分布的影响。结果表明:当甲醛与尿素的摩尔比为1.8∶1.0?时,合成的UF树脂具有交联结构,微胶囊具有较小的粒径、较光滑的圆球状外观形貌和较高的蓄热能力。

Urea-formaldehyde?(UF)/low?melting?point?paraffin?microcapsules?were?prepared?by?two?step?in-situ?polymerization?with?low?melting?point?paraffin?as?phase-change?material,?styrene-maleic?anhydride?co-polymer/poly(octylphenolic?oxyethylene?ether)?as?composite?emulsifier,?formaldehyde?and?urea?as?monomer.?The?effect?of?the?molar?ratio?of?monomer?formaldehyde?to?urea?on?the?structure?of?UF,?the?thermal?behavior,?mor-phology,?particle?size?and?its?distribution?of?the?microcapsules?were?studied.?The?results?show?that?the?UF?resin?synthesized?exhibits?cross-linking?structure,?and?the?microcapsules?have?smaller?particle?size,?smoother?spherical?appearance?and?higher?heat?storage?capacity?when?the?molar?ratio?of?formaldehyde?to?urea?is?1.8∶1.0.
