　　?通过对市场上滴灌带专用料的分析，确定了滴灌带专用料的技术指标。采用聚乙烯树脂，通过共混方法制备了改进型滴灌带专用料DG-3，DG-4，且与市场上使用的滴灌带专用料DG-1，DG-2及进口产品进行了性能对比分析和成型加工试验。结果表明：DG-3，DG-4专用料的加工性能及用其制作的滴灌带产品性能优异，拉伸形变小于5%，爆破压力大于0.30?MPa，微孔水流量达到3.0?L/h，可满足国家标准要求。

The?technical?indicators?of?the?special?resin?for?emitting-pipe?were?determined?by?analyzing?commercial?similar?products.?Improved?special?resins?DG-3?and?DG-4?for?emitting-pipe?were?prepared?using?polyethylene?by?means?of?blending.?Compared?the?properties?and?moulding?processing?with?DG-1,?DG-2?and?imported?products,?DG-3?and?DG-4?had?better?processability,?and?the?emitting-pipe?produced?with?DG-3?and?DG-4?showed?excellent?performance.?The?tensile?deformation?of?the?product?was?less?than?5%,?bursting?pressure?was?greater?than?0.3?MPa?and?water?flow?in?micropore?was?3.0?L/h,?which?met?the?requirements?of?the?national?standard.
