用天然沸石作包裹剂,正硅酸乙酯作为粘结保护层,将氮、钾、磷在不同分散剂中包裹处理,利用红外光谱分析样品的官能团,通过滴淋实验测试肥料的控释性能。结果表明,用沸石包裹的氮、钾肥相对于纯的氮、钾肥肥效释放明显减缓,而用沸石包裹的磷肥则具有促释作用,以正硅酸乙酯为粘结保护层的肥料控释作用较好。

The natural zeolite was used as wrapping reagent and tetraethyl orthosilicate as adhesive to link layers of zeolite, and thus the compound fertilizer of zeolite coated nitrogenous, potassium and phosphate fertilizers were prepared in different dispersants. The characterization of functional groups of the samples were performed with infrared spectrum. The controlled property was tested by means of drop-leaching experiment. The results show that the zeolite exhibits slowly releasing effect for the nitrogenous and potassium fertilizers. However, the zeolite promotes the release of the phosphate fertilizer, with the tetraethyl orthosilicate as binder cover of controlled release fertilizer effect is good.
