以电厂粉煤灰飞灰为研究对象,采用化学分析、激光粒度分析、数码显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描显微镜等测试手段对循环流化床(CFB)灰酸浸前后的理化特性进行表征。结果表明,酸浸前后CFB灰粒度变化不大,易与盐酸反应的金属元素大部分被浸出,矿物组成结构被破坏,10°~16°区域出现的特征衍射峰消失,颗粒形貌由无固定形态,多为分散、不规则似玻璃状碎屑颗粒变化为形貌复杂,细粒级、分散状碎屑,表面似胶体粘结状。

The physical and chemical characteristics of circulating fluidized bed ash in Fuxin was studied using chemical analysis, digital microscope laser sizes, XRD, SEM and other techniques. The Experimental results showed that the particle size of CFB ash changes little before and after the acid leaching, the majority of the metal element was easily hydrochloric after acid reaction leaching, the mineral composition structure was destroyed, the characteristic diffraction peaks from 10° to 16° disappear, particle morphology from no fixed form, mostly dispersed and irregular like glassy debris particles to complex, fine grade, scattered with debris, surface like colloidal bond.
