　　未生育人群常常疏于避孕，意外妊娠的风险较大。她们对短效避孕方法的依从性较差，需要那些相对简单且无需自己操心动手或性伴配合的避孕方法。长效可逆避孕方法（LARC）具备简便而高效特点，避孕效果与使用者无关，适合未生育人群的需求，临床实践已经证明其切实可行且行之有效。存在的问题是亟需提高服务提供者的咨询与放置技术能力。

Nulliparous women are usually careless of contraception. They are a group of women with the high risk of unintended pregnancy. Their compliance to the short effect contraceptives is rather poor. They prefer those simple contraceptive methods with nothing to do by themselves and their partner. The long acting reversible contraceptions (LARCs) are very simple and highly effective. It is suitable for nulliparous women because the contraceptive effects are not associated with users. The feasibility and good satisfactory of LARC has been demonstrated by the clinical practice. The existing problems on the consulting and insertion skills from the providers should be enabled urgently.
