对某电站面式减温器筒体内壁进行了理论应力计算,论述了低温冷凝水的间断滴落导致筒体内壁产生辐射状热裂纹的过程,得到了低温冷凝水滴的温度范围;其次,基于Langer应力-寿命低周寿命关系式,对该减温器筒体疲劳寿命作了估算,验证了筒体内壁水滴处连续出现辐射状裂纹的必然性,为今后该型面式减温器的改进设计提供了理论依据。

Theoretical stress calculation for the cylinder inner wall of a power plant surfaces desuperheater was executed .And the growing process ,that radiating heat cracks on the cylinder inner wall were gradual-ly caused by the intermittent dropping of ,was discussed .The condensation droplet temperature range also was obtained.Secondly,based on Langer′s stress-low cycle life relationship,the surface desuperheater cylinder fatigue life was estimated well ,which verified that radiating heat cracks on the inner wall endur-ing the condensation droplet dropping would occur certainly .It provides the theoretical basis for this type surface desuperheater improvement design in the future .
