淮北矿区芦岭煤矿属煤与瓦斯突出矿井,构造煤发育,煤层渗透率低。为探索低渗松软煤层的地面煤层气开发技术及工艺,为我国松软煤发育地区地面煤层气开发利用和煤矿瓦斯综合治理提供先导性试验,西安研究院与淮北矿业集团在芦岭煤矿进行了5口地面煤层气井的开发试验。通过对芦岭煤矿地质条件综合分析,确定了开发目标煤层,制定了井位部署与井网优化方案,提出了适合于低渗松软煤层的钻井、压裂与抽采工程的设计与工艺技术体系;通过精细化排采管理工艺,5口井在一年多的时间里都基本达到了稳定高产的抽采效果。淮北芦岭煤矿地面煤层气开发试验,有效突破了构造软煤区地面井煤层气抽采的技术难题,对我国其他低渗松软煤层地区的地面煤层气开发具有重要的示范价值。
淮北礦區蘆嶺煤礦屬煤與瓦斯突齣礦井,構造煤髮育,煤層滲透率低。為探索低滲鬆軟煤層的地麵煤層氣開髮技術及工藝,為我國鬆軟煤髮育地區地麵煤層氣開髮利用和煤礦瓦斯綜閤治理提供先導性試驗,西安研究院與淮北礦業集糰在蘆嶺煤礦進行瞭5口地麵煤層氣井的開髮試驗。通過對蘆嶺煤礦地質條件綜閤分析,確定瞭開髮目標煤層,製定瞭井位部署與井網優化方案,提齣瞭適閤于低滲鬆軟煤層的鑽井、壓裂與抽採工程的設計與工藝技術體繫;通過精細化排採管理工藝,5口井在一年多的時間裏都基本達到瞭穩定高產的抽採效果。淮北蘆嶺煤礦地麵煤層氣開髮試驗,有效突破瞭構造軟煤區地麵井煤層氣抽採的技術難題,對我國其他低滲鬆軟煤層地區的地麵煤層氣開髮具有重要的示範價值。

The Luling coalmine, Huaibei mining area is a coal (rock) and gas outburst mine with developed tectonoclastic coal and low coal seam permeability. To probe into low permeability and soft coal seam CBM surface exploitation technological process, provide pilot test of CBM surface exploitation and utilization for soft coal developed area in the country, as well as coalmine gas comprehensive con-trol, the Xian Research Institute and Luling coalmine of the Huaibei Mining Group have carried out CBM surface exploitation test in 5 surface CBM wells. Through the comprehensive analysis of geological conditions, determined target coal seam for exploitation; set a well disposition and well pattern optimization scheme;put forward a design and technological process system adaptable to low permea-bility and soft coal seam drilling, fracturing and drainage engineering. Through detailed drainage management technology, 5 wells have basically achieved high and stable yield in a year or so. The CBM surface exploitation test has breakthrough technical problems effec-tively in tectonoclastic soft coal area CBM surface drainage, thus a significant demonstration for other parts of the country with same conditions.
