平原河网一般地处人口稠密、经济发达之地,人类活动频繁。枯水期间,水环境问题较为突出。水体纳污能力的核定,是解决水体污染的一项重要基础性工作。根据平原河网枯水期水环境特征,在不同的河道流速下,相应选择零维、一维、二维水流水质模型进行纳污能力核定,对有关核定模型主要参数的确定作了说明。同时,对单元划分、模型参数和枯水期突遇大暴雨时核定等有关问题进行了探讨。
平原河網一般地處人口稠密、經濟髮達之地,人類活動頻繁。枯水期間,水環境問題較為突齣。水體納汙能力的覈定,是解決水體汙染的一項重要基礎性工作。根據平原河網枯水期水環境特徵,在不同的河道流速下,相應選擇零維、一維、二維水流水質模型進行納汙能力覈定,對有關覈定模型主要參數的確定作瞭說明。同時,對單元劃分、模型參數和枯水期突遇大暴雨時覈定等有關問題進行瞭探討。

During the dry period, the water environment problem of the plain river network area is more prominent due to the dense population, the agricultural economic development and other factors. The approval of pollutant carrying capacity of water environment is an important basic work to solve the water pollution. According to the characteristics of water environment in plain river network during the dry period, this paper selects the corresponding zero dimension, one-dimensional, two-dimensional water quality model for pollutant capacity approved in different river flow, and illustrates the determination of main parameters of relevant model. At the same time, the related problems of unit division, model parameters and the approval when it encountered heavy rain during dry period are discussed.
