通过40 kg小焦炉试验,得出回配1%焦粉后,大块焦率明显增加,抗碎性能增加,焦炭质量稳定的结果,证明了研究在技术上是可行的。该研究不但有利于实现内部有效资源的循环,在煤资源紧张情况下还可以外购焦粉进行生产,以降低炼焦成本,经济效益显著。

Through the 40 kg coke oven test, the results have been got that the addition of 1% coke fines can result in the obviously increase of coke rate and crushing performance and the stability of coke quality, which demonstrates that the study is feasible in industrial technique. The project not only is conducive to the realization of the economic cycle of internal resources, but also can reduce the cost of coking and enhance economic benefits by purchasing coke to produce when the coal resource is short-handed.
