Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese%Medicine%Osteoporosis curative effect
目的:观察中西药物结合治疗老年骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法给予60例老年骨质疏松患者口服强骨胶囊、阿伦磷酸钠片和阿法骨化醇胶囊,疗程为60天。治疗期间嘱患者多食用富含钙的食品,多参加户外锻炼。比较患者治疗前后外周血中血钙、血磷及碱性磷酸酶水平及股骨颈部骨密度。结果与治疗前比较,患者治疗后外周血管中血钙水平明显升高,血磷和碱性磷酸酶水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。治疗前股骨颈部骨密度测量结果为(0.69±0.06)g/cm2,治疗后为(0.84±0.05)g/cm2,明显高于治疗前水平,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论中西药物联合治疗老年骨质疏松患者临床疗效显著。

목적:관찰중서약물결합치료노년골질소송환자적림상료효。방법급여60례노년골질소송환자구복강골효낭、아륜린산납편화아법골화순효낭,료정위60천。치료기간촉환자다식용부함개적식품,다삼가호외단련。비교환자치료전후외주혈중혈개、혈린급감성린산매수평급고골경부골밀도。결과여치료전비교,환자치료후외주혈관중혈개수평명현승고,혈린화감성린산매수평현저강저,차이유통계학의의(p<0.05)。치료전고골경부골밀도측량결과위(0.69±0.06)g/cm2,치료후위(0.84±0.05)g/cm2,명현고우치료전수평,차이유통계학의의(p<0.05)。결론중서약물연합치료노년골질소송환자림상료효현저。
Objective: To explore curative effects of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment for senile patients with Osteoporosis. Method: 60 patients were administered with routine treatment of qianggu capsules, alendronate sodium tablets and alfacalcidol capsules. The course of treatment was 60 days. During the treatment, the patients were asked to eat more calcium-rich foods, take part in outdoor exercise. Blood calcium, phosphonium, alkaline phosphatase levels and femoral neck bone mineral density were compared before and after treatment. Result: The calcium levels increased significantly, phosphonium and alkaline phosphatase levels were decreased, the difference was remarkable (P<0.05). Before treatment the Femoral neck BMD was(0.69±0.06)g/cm2; after treatment it was(0.84±0.05)g/cm2,the difference was remarkable (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine could gain remarkable effects for senile patients with Osteoporosis.
