针对某工程存在竖向不规则、楼层承载力突变以及扭转不规则的复杂问题,采用层间隔震技术进行了调整。通过合理布置叠层橡胶支座,使隔震层的刚心与质心重合,并分别进行了基础隔震和层间隔震的计算分析对比。分析表明:基础隔震只能解决扭转不规则问题,但层间隔震能有效的控制其复杂程度,同时提高了结构的抗震性能。

Based on th e complex problem of vertical irregular, floor bearing capacity mutational and irregular torsion, interlayer isolation technology is adopted to adjust. Through combine laminated rubber bearings reasonablly, improved the core close to the center of mass. By base isolation and shock layer spacing design and analysis of the contrast, analysis shows that the base isolation can only be adjusted to reverse the problem of irregular torsion in this structure, but interlayer isolation can control the complexity effectively, improves the seismic performance of structure at the same time.
