基于2012年5月-8月的乌梁素海浮游植物以及水质的监测结果,分析浮游植物物种组成、密度、生物量以及多样性指数的时空动态,同时利用典范对应分析法(CCA)分析了浮游植物物种与环境因子的关系。结果表明:浮游植物种类组成以绿藻Chlorophyta最多(49%),其次为硅藻Bacillariophyta(23%)和蓝藻Cyanophyta(14%);浮游植物密度、生物量以及多样性指数随时间具有明显的变化特征,在春季5月浮游植物密度及生物量最高,分别为52.65×106 ind?L-1、43.40 mg?L-1;夏末8月浮游植物密度最少,为15.81×106 ind?L-1、6月生物量最低,为20.0 mg?L-1;Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数变化趋势一致,在春季5月均最小,分别为1.52、2.25;夏末8月均最大,分别为2.85、2.80;Pielou均匀度指数在7月最高,为0.64;浮游植物密度以及生物量在月份间及站点间均具有显著性差异,Margalef丰富度指数及Pielou均匀度指数仅在月份间具有显著性差异。乌梁素海春夏季浮游植物群落演替规律为硅-绿-蓝型群落、绿-蓝-硅型以及蓝-绿-硅藻型。CCA 排序显示,浮游植物物种分布格局受湖泊中总氮、电导率、盐度、总溶解性固体以及溶解氧的影响较大,且多数蓝藻对总磷的需求较大,而多数绿藻及硅藻对湖泊中硝酸氮的需求较大。

An investigation was conducted on the phytoplankton community structure from May to August in 2012, in order to anal-ysis temporal and spatial variation of phytoplankton composition, density, biomass and diversity indices and its relationships with environmental factors by Canonical Correspondence Analysis. Results showed that Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta and Cyanophyta accounted for 49%, 23%, 14% of all the species, respectively. In May, the highest phytoplankton density and biomass was 52.65×106 ind?L-1, 43.40 mg?L-1, respectively. The lowest phytoplankton density was 15.81×106 ind?L-1 in August. The lowest phyto-plankton biomass was 20.0 mg?L-1 in June. Variability was the same for the indices of Margalef and Shannon-Wiener, the lowest value was 1.52, 2.25 in May, respectively, the highest value was 2.85, 2.80 in August, respectively. The highest indices of Pielou was 0.64 in July. The temporal and spatial variability of phytoplankton density and biomass was significant, the temporal variation of the indices of Margalef and Shannon-Wiener was significant. The succession of phytoplankton community was Bacillari-ophyta-Chlorophyta-Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta-Cyanophyt-Bacillariophyta, Cyanophyta-Chlorophyta-Bacillariophyta. Canon-ical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) showed that total nitrogen, electrical conductivity, salinity, total dissolved solid, dissolved oxy-gen were the main environmental factors affecting the phytoplankton community structure in the Wuliangsuhai Lake in spring and summer and most of the Cyanophyta was a great demand for total phosphorus and most of the Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta was a great demand for nitrate nitrogen.
