目的：通过分析1例接受中、西药物联合治疗的老年患者的用药过程，研讨用药合理性。方法：病例讨论。结果：发现抗菌药物选择存在不合理现象；抗凝、活血药物使用品种过多；中、西药物联合使用不当，导致药物不良反应发生。结论：治疗过程中安全、合理地用药十分重要，在联合使用中、西药物时应考虑到药物相互作用，必要时请临床药师事先介入，参与制定用药方案。
目的：通過分析1例接受中、西藥物聯閤治療的老年患者的用藥過程，研討用藥閤理性。方法：病例討論。結果：髮現抗菌藥物選擇存在不閤理現象；抗凝、活血藥物使用品種過多；中、西藥物聯閤使用不噹，導緻藥物不良反應髮生。結論：治療過程中安全、閤理地用藥十分重要，在聯閤使用中、西藥物時應攷慮到藥物相互作用，必要時請臨床藥師事先介入，參與製定用藥方案。
목적：통과분석1례접수중、서약물연합치료적노년환자적용약과정，연토용약합이성。방법：병례토론。결과：발현항균약물선택존재불합리현상；항응、활혈약물사용품충과다；중、서약물연합사용불당，도치약물불량반응발생。결론：치료과정중안전、합리지용약십분중요，재연합사용중、서약물시응고필도약물상호작용，필요시청림상약사사선개입，삼여제정용약방안。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of rational use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and chemical drugs on a typical aged patient. Methods:This case was discussed in detail. Results:There was an unreasonable use of antibiotics and too many kinds of anticoagulants drugs were used. The unreasonable combination of TCM and chemical drugs might more likely result in adverse reactions. Conclusion:It is very important to safely and reasonably use both TCM and chemical drugs in clinic. The interaction of TCM and chemical drugs should be considered when they are clinically used in combination. Clinical pharmacists should participate in the development of regiment in advance when necessary.
