目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入的临床疗效.方法采用Seldinger技术对13例胎盘植入产妇行双侧子宫动脉栓塞,采用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞血管.结果 13例患者手术均成功,手术时间35 ～ 90分钟,平均45分钟,胎盘排出时间5～30天,平均15天,术后子宫复旧正常.结论子宫动脉栓塞治疗胎盘植入疗效显著,保留了患者生育功能,无明显并发症.
목적 탐토자궁동맥전새술치료태반식입적림상료효.방법 채용Seldinger기술대13례태반식입산부행쌍측자궁동맥전새,채용명효해면과립전새혈관.결과 13례환자수술균성공,수술시간35 ～ 90분종,평균45분종,태반배출시간5～30천,평균15천,술후자궁복구정상.결론 자궁동맥전새치료태반식입료효현저,보류료환자생육공능,무명현병발증.
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the uterine artery embolization for placenta accrete.Methods Gelatin sponge particles were used for embolism of bilateral uterine artery by Seldinger technique for 13 cases of placenta accrete.Results 13 patients were successfully treated with surgical,the surgery time was from 35 to 90 minutes,at an average of 45 minutes,the placental expulsion time was from 5 to 30 days,at an average of 15 days.Uterine involution was normal postoperative.Conclusion The efficacy of uterine artery embolization treating placental implantation is significant without complications,and the reproductive function can be retained.
