针对传统机构实验的现状及存在的问题,指出通过虚拟与实体相结合可以提高学生实验的积极性和主动性,节约实验时间。文章以蒸汽机机构为例分析了利用 Pro/E 软件创建虚拟机构的过程,根据所创建的虚拟机构搭建实物模型,分别对虚拟机构和实际搭建机构进行运动参数分析,并对虚实结合实验模式的优点进行了分析。

Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems with traditional mechanism ex-periment,this paper points out that the combination of virtual and real entities in experiments can enhance students′enthusiasm and initiative and save experimental time.Pro/E software is used in this paper to create a virtual mechanism in the analysis of steamer mechanism,and according to this virtual mechanism,a real model is built and an analysis is made of kinematic parameters of both virtual and real mechanisms respec-tively,with comments on the advantages of such combination mode.
