以L-谷氨酸为原料合成了L-谷氨酸-5-乙酯,并对其进行了X-射线单晶衍射测定.测量结果表明:L-谷氨酸-5-乙酯属单斜晶系, P2(1)空间群,其中a=9.691(3)?, b=5.2631(17)?, c=17.297(6)?;β=90.752(5)°.通过L-谷氨酸-5-乙酯分别与MgCl2·6H2O和Ca(OH)2反应,合成得到了Mg(II)和Ca(II)的金属配合物.比色法测试结果表明:L -谷氨酸-5-乙酯与镁和钙形成的配合物对三磷酸腺苷二钠的分解反应具有较好的活性.
以L-穀氨痠為原料閤成瞭L-穀氨痠-5-乙酯,併對其進行瞭X-射線單晶衍射測定.測量結果錶明:L-穀氨痠-5-乙酯屬單斜晶繫, P2(1)空間群,其中a=9.691(3)?, b=5.2631(17)?, c=17.297(6)?;β=90.752(5)°.通過L-穀氨痠-5-乙酯分彆與MgCl2·6H2O和Ca(OH)2反應,閤成得到瞭Mg(II)和Ca(II)的金屬配閤物.比色法測試結果錶明:L -穀氨痠-5-乙酯與鎂和鈣形成的配閤物對三燐痠腺苷二鈉的分解反應具有較好的活性.

5-Ethyl-L-glutamate was prepared by L-glutamic acid and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction . The results indicated that the crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2(1) with a = 9. 691(3) ? , b=5. 2631(17) ? , c=17. 297(6) ?;β= 90. 752(5)°. Two complexes containing Mg(II) and Ca(II) were obtained by 5-ethyl-L-glutamate reacted with MgCl2·6H2O and Ca(OH)2 respectively. Spectrophotometer test showed that complexes of Mg( II) and Ca( II) have good activity on hydrolysis of adenosine disodium triphosphate.
