应用一锅法合成了盐酸硫胺修饰的CdSe /聚乙二醇纳米微球,并将纯化后的产物进行了红外( FTIR)表征,X-射线光电子能谱( XPS)分析,透射电子显微镜( TEM)形貌分析及荧光分析. FTIR和XPS证实了盐酸硫胺对纳米微球的修饰,TEM显示微球呈球状,具有良好的分散性,在515nm左右发射荧光.合成最佳条件为:pH11,Cd与盐酸硫胺的摩尔比为1︰8,40℃回流2h.
應用一鍋法閤成瞭鹽痠硫胺脩飾的CdSe /聚乙二醇納米微毬,併將純化後的產物進行瞭紅外( FTIR)錶徵,X-射線光電子能譜( XPS)分析,透射電子顯微鏡( TEM)形貌分析及熒光分析. FTIR和XPS證實瞭鹽痠硫胺對納米微毬的脩飾,TEM顯示微毬呈毬狀,具有良好的分散性,在515nm左右髮射熒光.閤成最佳條件為:pH11,Cd與鹽痠硫胺的摩爾比為1︰8,40℃迴流2h.

Thiamine hydrochloride-capped CdSe/polyethylene glycol nanospheres were synthesised via one-pot technique. The nanospheres were characterized by FTIR, XPS,TEM and fluorescence spectra. FTIR and XPS analysis confirmed the capping of the nanoparticles by the thiamine hydrochloride. TEM image displayed that the nanospheres were small and spherical in shape with good dispersion. The fluorescence spectra illustrated that the nanospheres exhibited emission at about 515nm. Optimum condition for synthesis is pH 11, 40 ℃ for 2h and n(Cd)/n(thiamine hydrochloride) = 1︰8.
