本文从胰岛素淀粉样纤维形成和机理、胰岛素纤维模板组装有机功能纳米材料和贵金属纳米材料等方面概述了以胰岛素纤维为模板组装纳米材料的研究进展。重点阐述了胰岛素纤维在超细铂纳米线制备中的应用,并对胰岛素纤维模板组装纳米材料的发展趋势做出了预测。
本文從胰島素澱粉樣纖維形成和機理、胰島素纖維模闆組裝有機功能納米材料和貴金屬納米材料等方麵概述瞭以胰島素纖維為模闆組裝納米材料的研究進展。重點闡述瞭胰島素纖維在超細鉑納米線製備中的應用,併對胰島素纖維模闆組裝納米材料的髮展趨勢做齣瞭預測。

The progress for syntheses of nanomaterials using insulin fibril templates is reviewed. The amyloid fibril formation and mechanism of insulin, as well as the current research activities of using insulin fibrils as a scaffold to conduct organic functional nanomaterials and noble metal nanomaterials are elaborated. In particular, the application of insulin fibrils in preparation of ultrathin platinum nanowires is elucidated, and the development trend of insulin fibril templates to fabricate nanomaterials is prospected.
