电机支撑结构作为结构材分等设备结构中支撑电机的关键部件,其可靠性直接关系到整机设备的稳定运行。利用Solidworks三维设计软件对进料电机支撑结构进行三维实体建模,然后通过软件间无缝连接功能将电机支架的三维模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中对其进行强度分析,并对电机支撑结构进行模态分析。根据分析结果,得出电机支架的应力及变形云图,找到最大受力点和最大变形处,并得到电机支撑结构的固有频率和振型,所得结论为防止共振和后续进行谐响应分析、瞬态动力学分析以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供了理论依据。

As a key part of supporting the motor of stress grading equipment of structural lumber, the reliability of motor support structure is directly related to the stability of the whole equipment running. 3D design software Solidworks was used to establish a three-dimensional solid model of the support structure, and then through the seamless connection between the software to import 3D model of the motor bracket into the ANSYS Workbench to carry out strength analysis, and carry out modal analysis of motor support structure. According to the results we can obtain stress and deformation cloud picture of the motor bracket, and find the point of maximum force and maximum deformation. In addition,the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained. The achieved conclusions offers theoretical basis for the resonance prevention and the further harmonic response analysis, transient dynamics analysis and the optimization design of the structural dynamic characteristics.
