目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对30例肱骨近端骨折的患者均采用LPHP内固定治疗，并早期指导功能锻炼。结果30例患者术后均获6～12个月（平均8.5个月）的随访。患者骨折愈合时间4～6个月，平均3个月。无感染、骨不连及LCP断裂等并发症。按Neer功能评价标准：优24例，良3例，可3例，优良率为90.0%。结论应用LPHP内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少、有利于骨折愈合及肩关节功能恢复的特点，患者可以早期行康复锻炼，适用于治疗大部分类型的肱骨近端骨折。
목적：탐토굉골근단쇄정강판(LPHP)내고정치료굉골근단골절적료효。방법대30례굉골근단골절적환자균채용LPHP내고정치료，병조기지도공능단련。결과30례환자술후균획6～12개월（평균8.5개월）적수방。환자골절유합시간4～6개월，평균3개월。무감염、골불련급LCP단렬등병발증。안Neer공능평개표준：우24례，량3례，가3례，우량솔위90.0%。결론응용LPHP내고정치료굉골근단골절구유창상소、고정가고、병발증소、유리우골절유합급견관절공능회복적특점，환자가이조기행강복단련，괄용우치료대부분류형적굉골근단골절。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of locking proximal fracture plate (LPHP) in proximal humerus fractures. Methods Thirty patients with proximal humerus fractures received locking plate fixation and early functional exercise guidance. Results After 6-12 months of follow-up (average, 8.5 months), all fractures were healed without infection, nonunion, LCP fracture and other complications. The average healing time was 3 months (range, 4 to 6 months). According to Neer's criteria, shoulder joint function was excellent in 24 patients, good in 3, and fair in 3. The excellent and good rate was 90.0%. Conclusion Locking plate fixation is suitable for most types of proximal humeral fractures and can lead to small trauma, reliable fixation, less complications, rapid fracture healing, good shoulder joint function recovery and early rehabilitation exercise.
