利用单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)的荧光淬灭作用制备了核酸适体荧光传感器并用于汞离子的检测分析。其基本原理是:Hg2+的引入使核酸适体由单链转化为双链,双链嵌入剂SYBR Green 1(SG)嵌入双链DNA堆积碱基之间,产生强烈的荧光信号,SWNTs的荧光淬灭作用可以提高传感器的信背比。该传感器能定量检测Hg2+,在200 nmol/L~3.00μmol/L浓度范围内呈线性关系,其检测下限为139 nmol/L。该传感器提供了一种简便、有效并且能广泛应用的汞离子检测平台。
利用單壁碳納米管(SWNTs)的熒光淬滅作用製備瞭覈痠適體熒光傳感器併用于汞離子的檢測分析。其基本原理是:Hg2+的引入使覈痠適體由單鏈轉化為雙鏈,雙鏈嵌入劑SYBR Green 1(SG)嵌入雙鏈DNA堆積堿基之間,產生彊烈的熒光信號,SWNTs的熒光淬滅作用可以提高傳感器的信揹比。該傳感器能定量檢測Hg2+,在200 nmol/L~3.00μmol/L濃度範圍內呈線性關繫,其檢測下限為139 nmol/L。該傳感器提供瞭一種簡便、有效併且能廣汎應用的汞離子檢測平檯。

In this study, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) are applied in a fluorescence biosensor for mer-cury ion analysis. The basic principle is that the conformation of the T-rich single-strand aptamer changes to a dou-ble-strand owning to the specific binding between Hg2+and thymine–thymine (T–T) base pair. The SYBR Green 1 (SG) inserts into the double strand aptamer with a strong fluorescence signal. The SWNTs produces a good signal-to-background ratio. The linear range of proposed sensor for mercury ion quantitative determination is from 200 nmol/L~3.00μmol/L with a detection limit of 139 nmol/L. This sensor provides a simple, effective, and universal platform for mercury ion detection.
