目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）患者中的应用效果。方法：将120例进行机械通气的患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组给予常规护理措，观察组按照临床护理路径表进行护理。比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、机械通气时间、入住ICU时间、住ICU费用与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：CNP是一种为患者提供高品质、高效率、低成本的医疗服务模式，能降低机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率，缩短机械通气时间和入住ICU时间，减少住ICU费用。
목적：탐토림상호리로경（CNP）재예방호흡궤상관성폐염（VAP）환자중적응용효과。방법：장120례진행궤계통기적환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각60례，대조조급여상규호리조，관찰조안조림상호리로경표진행호리。비교량조호리효과。결과：관찰조호흡궤상관성폐염발생솔、궤계통기시간、입주ICU시간、주ICU비용여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：CNP시일충위환자제공고품질、고효솔、저성본적의료복무모식，능강저궤계통기환자호흡궤상관성폐염적발생솔，축단궤계통기시간화입주ICU시간，감소주ICU비용。
Objective:To explore the application of clinical nursing path (CNP) in the prevention of ventilator -associated pneumonia (VAP)Patients.Methods:120 patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (60 cases in each group).The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group and the patients in the observation group were managed by using CNP table .The nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results:There were statistically significant differ-ences in the comparison of the incidence of VAP ,mechanical ventilation time ,the length of stay and cost in ICU between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:CNP is one of medical service modes in proving high quality and high efficiency services for patients ,which can reduce the incidence of VAP ,shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and stay time in ICU .
