以冀豆12为母本,冀nf 58为父本通过杂交构建包含175个家系的F9:11重组自交系群体为试验材料。采用134个SSR标记,利用Kosambi函数绘制了一张包含117个标记,长度为1373.6 cM的遗传图谱。运用QTL Cartogra-pher v2.5软件的复合区间作图法(CIM)和QTL Network 2.0软件的基于混合线性模型的区间作图法(NWIM)同时检测到2个控制开花期性状的QTL。其中,qFTO-1定位在O连锁群标记区间Satt581~Sat_190内,加性效应值分别为2.49和2.02,增效基因来自nf 58,贡献率最高为27.2%;qFTC2-1定位在C2连锁群标记区间Satt557~Sat_251内,加性效应值分别为-3.50和-3.84,增效基因来自冀豆12,贡献率最高为55.6%。2个连锁群上QTL间存在加性×加性上位互作效应。效应值为-0.6728,重组型大于亲本型。2个QTL对产量相关性状有显著影响,与表型相关分析结果的趋势一致。其中,qFTO-1平均提高单株产量2.62 g,qFTC2-1平均提高单株产量2.26 g。这些研究为分子标记辅助育种及分子克隆提供理论依据。

A cross of Jidou 12 and nf 58 was made to construct a recombinant inbred line of F 9:11 population which has 175 progenies as the experimental material .A genetic linkage map of soybean genome was constructed , which include 117 markers and covering 1 373.6 cM.CIM method of QTL Cartographer v2.5 software and NWIM method of QTL Network 2.0 were used to identify quantitative trait loci and two QTLs were detected .qFTO-1 were located in the marker interval Satt581~Sat_190 of O linkage group,additive value were 2.49 and 2.02,favorable gene from nf 58 and the highest genetic contribution rate is27 .2 %.qFTC2-1 was located in the marker interval Satt557~Sat_251 of C2 linkage group,additive value were -3.50 and-3.84,favorable gene from Jidou 12 and the highest genetic contribution rate is 55.6%.Additive ×Additive epistatic effect was existent between the two QTLs . The value is -0.672 8 and the recombinant type is better than the parent .The two QTL effected on yield related traits obviously and consistent to the result of phenotype analysis .qFTO-1 can increase 2.62 g of yield per plant and qFTC2-1 can increase 2.26 g.These studies provide a theoretical basis for marker-assisted breeding and molecular cloning.
