为了检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)接种莱芜黑猪后病毒在体内的增殖分布规律,将15头 PRRSV 阴性的莱芜黑猪仔猪随机分成两组,试验组10头,对照组5头。分别于攻毒后3、7、14、21、28 d 各剖杀试验组2头,对照组1头,采集脾脏、肺脏、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、扁桃体、颌下淋巴结、腹股沟淋巴结和肠系膜淋巴结等组织,并应用建立的荧光定量 RT-PCR 方法对各组织中病毒进行定量。结果表明,PRRSV 攻毒后 d 3感染组猪的各组织中均检测到低拷贝病毒核酸存在,攻毒后7~21 d,各种组织中的病毒载量维持在较高水平,而攻毒后 d 28时,多数组织中的 PRRSV 含量明显下降。扁桃体及各种淋巴结中的病毒载量要明显高于其他脏器,显示 PRRSV 在感染莱芜黑猪后对淋巴组织具有组织嗜性。
為瞭檢測豬繁殖與呼吸綜閤徵病毒(Reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)接種萊蕪黑豬後病毒在體內的增殖分佈規律,將15頭 PRRSV 陰性的萊蕪黑豬仔豬隨機分成兩組,試驗組10頭,對照組5頭。分彆于攻毒後3、7、14、21、28 d 各剖殺試驗組2頭,對照組1頭,採集脾髒、肺髒、心髒、肝髒、腎髒、扁桃體、頜下淋巴結、腹股溝淋巴結和腸繫膜淋巴結等組織,併應用建立的熒光定量 RT-PCR 方法對各組織中病毒進行定量。結果錶明,PRRSV 攻毒後 d 3感染組豬的各組織中均檢測到低拷貝病毒覈痠存在,攻毒後7~21 d,各種組織中的病毒載量維持在較高水平,而攻毒後 d 28時,多數組織中的 PRRSV 含量明顯下降。扁桃體及各種淋巴結中的病毒載量要明顯高于其他髒器,顯示 PRRSV 在感染萊蕪黑豬後對淋巴組織具有組織嗜性。

In order to detect distribution of reproductive and respiratory syndrome viruses (PRRSV) in infected Laiwu black pigs, 10 pigs were infected with PRRSV and 5 pigs were used as non-infected controls. Two infected pigs and one uninfected pig were sacrificed at 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days post infection (DAI). Hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, kidneys, tonsils, submandibular lymph nodes, inguinal lymph nodes and mesenteric lymph nodes were collected, and viral loads were measured in fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. The viral copies of PRRSV were detected at 3 DAI, increased to high level at 7 to 21 DAI, and decreased significantly at 28 DAI. The viral copies of PRRSV in tonsils and lymph nodes were significantly higher than that in other tissues, which indicated a distinct lymph tissue tropism in Laiwu black pigs.
