针对目前半刚性基层沥青路面早期损坏明显的现象,为达到减少路面裂缝和车辙的目的,结合对半刚性基层沥青路面设计指标的分析,进一步提出可以影响路面裂缝和车辙的力学分析指标。通过对设置沥青碎石层的沥青路面结构进行数值模拟,分析沥青路面结构在沥青碎石层和半刚性基层厚度变化时的力学行为特点,结果表明:随着半刚性基层的增大,通过设置沥青碎石层满足沥青路面结构整体性、控制裂缝和控制车辙的目的,其厚度分别是18~20 cm、10~12 cm和12~18 cm;综合考虑路面结构整体性、经济性和施工经验,提出合理的沥青碎石厚度为10~15 cm,此时半刚性基层厚度为20~30 cm。研究结果有效利用了沥青碎石过渡层,可以减少路面病害的出现,提高半刚性基层沥青路面的适应性,为设置沥青碎石层的沥青路面结构设计提供了理论依据。

In view of the obvious phenomenon of early damage in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement , the design index was comparatively analyzed and new mechanical index that could reach the aim of reducing crack and rutting was proposed .By numerical simulation of the asphalt pavement structure of asphalt macadam , the mechanical behaviors of the pavement were analyzed by changing thickness of asphalt macadam and semi-rigid base .The calculation results show that with the increase of the thickness of semi-rigid base, the thickness of asphalt macadam of 18 ~20 cm, 10 ~12 cm, and 12~18 cm can respectively meet the requirement of integrity , controlling crack and rutting .Com-bined with the integrity , economy and construction experience , the reasonable thickness of asphalt macadam layer is between 10 cm and 15 cm and the thickness of semi-rigid base can be accordingly adjusted to 20 cm and 30 cm.This combination can reduce pavement damage and improve the adaptability of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement , and can also use asphalt macadam more effectively . Our findings provide theoretical basis for using asphalt macadam layer in design of asphalt pavement structure .
