文中研究了一种低硫低磷甘蔗制糖澄清新工艺,该工艺过程使用聚季铵盐、重硫氧、磷酸二氢锌混凝剂及石灰乳对甘蔗混合汁进行澄清脱色。采用均匀设计法进行试验,并用神经网络处理试验结果。重点研究了低硫低磷澄清工艺过程中重硫氧用量对甘蔗混合汁澄清脱色的影响。结果表明,重硫氧用量对重力纯度差的影响呈负相关效应;对清汁脱色率的影响亦呈负相关效应。重硫氧的最佳用量在0.65~0.93 g/L。
文中研究瞭一種低硫低燐甘蔗製糖澄清新工藝,該工藝過程使用聚季銨鹽、重硫氧、燐痠二氫鋅混凝劑及石灰乳對甘蔗混閤汁進行澄清脫色。採用均勻設計法進行試驗,併用神經網絡處理試驗結果。重點研究瞭低硫低燐澄清工藝過程中重硫氧用量對甘蔗混閤汁澄清脫色的影響。結果錶明,重硫氧用量對重力純度差的影響呈負相關效應;對清汁脫色率的影響亦呈負相關效應。重硫氧的最佳用量在0.65~0.93 g/L。

A new technique of cane sugar clarification based on low sulfur and low phosphorus was studied in which a poly quaternary ammonium salt ,sodium metabisulfite , zinc dihydrogen phosphate and lime milk were used in the process to clarify and decolorize the cane juice .Experiments were done according to uniform design , and neural network were used to deal with the test result .The in-fluence of sodium metabisulfite dosage on the clarification and decolorization of cane mixed juice in the process of low sulfur and low phosphorus were the focus of the study .The results showed that the influence of sodium metabisulfite dosage has negative correlation with the difference of gravity purity and with the decolonization rate of clear juice as well .The optimal dosage of sodium metabisulfite is between 0.60~0.93 g/L.
