为了探究壳聚糖接枝四(4-羧基苯基)钴卟啉[Co TCPP/CTS]的催化性能,将四(4-羧基苯基)钴卟啉接枝固载到壳聚糖,并用紫外光谱、傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析和比表面等技术对其进行结构表征。在无外加溶剂条件下,探索了Co TCPP/CTS选择性催化空气氧化环己烷的性能。结果表明,在较佳催化条件下(160℃和0.8 MPa),固载催化剂(含1.13×10-6 mol Co TCPP)可连续有效重复使用催化8次,其平均的环己烷转化率15.8%,产率11.7%,转化数2.4×106,比相应未接枝的催化剂有更好的催化性能。

In order to explore a catalytic performance of tetra ( 4-carboxyl phenyl ) porphyrin suppor-ted on chitosan [ Co TCPP/CTS ] , the cobalt porphyrin was grafted on chitosan and the supported catalyst was characterized by UV-Visible and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic techniques ,X-ray powder diffraction , thermal analysis and N 2 BET analysis.The catalysis of Co TCPP/CTS for the aerobic oxidation of cyclohexane was studied in absence of any solvent.The supported catalyst with a quantity of catalyst containing only 1.13 ×10 -6 mol of Co TCPP could be efficiently reused 8 times for the oxidation of cyclohexane with an average of 15.8%cyclohexane conversion rate , 11.7%yield ( ketone and alcohol ) and a catalyst turnover number of 2.4 ×10 6 at reaction temperature 160 ℃and under 0.8 MPa air pressure .
