应用气相色谱法/原子发射检测器( GC/AED)分离检测主流烟气粒相物中的含氮碱性成分。3种类型烟叶(典型烤烟、白肋烟和香料烟)、不同香型烤烟烟叶和成品卷烟经过吸烟机抽吸后,收集主流烟气粒相物。粒相物经过连续萃取和反萃取分离,得到含氮的碱性成分,进行GC/AED检测。结果表明,GC/AED能够检测出主流烟气中吡嗪类、吡啶类和烟草微量生物碱类成分。比较了不同样品含氮成分的异同,结果表明,白肋烟烟叶主流烟气粒相物中含氮成分较多,含量最高,烤烟和香料烟烟叶主流烟气粒相物中含氮成分相对较少,含量较低;不同香型烤烟烟叶主流烟气粒相物中主要含氮成分基本类似;不同品牌卷烟主流烟气粒相物中主要含氮成分基本类似,烤烟型卷烟假木贼碱相对百分含量较高(3.84%~4.62%),而混合型卷烟降烟碱相对百分含量较高(5.22%)。
應用氣相色譜法/原子髮射檢測器( GC/AED)分離檢測主流煙氣粒相物中的含氮堿性成分。3種類型煙葉(典型烤煙、白肋煙和香料煙)、不同香型烤煙煙葉和成品捲煙經過吸煙機抽吸後,收集主流煙氣粒相物。粒相物經過連續萃取和反萃取分離,得到含氮的堿性成分,進行GC/AED檢測。結果錶明,GC/AED能夠檢測齣主流煙氣中吡嗪類、吡啶類和煙草微量生物堿類成分。比較瞭不同樣品含氮成分的異同,結果錶明,白肋煙煙葉主流煙氣粒相物中含氮成分較多,含量最高,烤煙和香料煙煙葉主流煙氣粒相物中含氮成分相對較少,含量較低;不同香型烤煙煙葉主流煙氣粒相物中主要含氮成分基本類似;不同品牌捲煙主流煙氣粒相物中主要含氮成分基本類似,烤煙型捲煙假木賊堿相對百分含量較高(3.84%~4.62%),而混閤型捲煙降煙堿相對百分含量較高(5.22%)。
응용기상색보법/원자발사검측기( GC/AED)분리검측주류연기립상물중적함담감성성분。3충류형연협(전형고연、백륵연화향료연)、불동향형고연연협화성품권연경과흡연궤추흡후,수집주류연기립상물。립상물경과련속췌취화반췌취분리,득도함담적감성성분,진행GC/AED검측。결과표명,GC/AED능구검측출주류연기중필진류、필정류화연초미량생물감류성분。비교료불동양품함담성분적이동,결과표명,백륵연연협주류연기립상물중함담성분교다,함량최고,고연화향료연연협주류연기립상물중함담성분상대교소,함량교저;불동향형고연연협주류연기립상물중주요함담성분기본유사;불동품패권연주류연기립상물중주요함담성분기본유사,고연형권연가목적감상대백분함량교고(3.84%~4.62%),이혼합형권연강연감상대백분함량교고(5.22%)。
Compounds containing N element in particulate matter of mainstream smoke of different tobacco samples were isolated and determined by GC/AED.The particulate matters of mainstream smoke from 3 types of tobacco leaves ( typical flue-cured tobacco leaf , burley tobacco leaf and orien-tal tobacco leaf ) , different flavor flue-cured tobacco leaves and cigarettes with different brands were collected through smoking machine .The particulate matter was successively extracted with different solvents.Then alkaline extractants containing N element were collected and determined by GC /AED.The results showed that the derivatives of pyrazine , pyridine and tobacco trace alkaloids could be detected by GC/AED.The compounds containing N element in different samples were compared .The kinds and amount of compounds containing N element in the particulate matter of mainstream smoke of burley tobacco leaf were more than those in flue-cured tobacco and oriental tobacco leaves . The kinds and amount of compounds containing N element in the particulate matter of mainstream smoke of different flavor tobacco leaves were similar .And those in cigarettes with different brands were also similar .However , there were more anabasine ( 3.84%~4.62%) in flue-cured cigarette and more nornicotine (5.22%) in blended type cigarette .
