以氢化松香为原料,在超声波协同作用下进行有机胺盐法提纯氢化枞酸的研究。考察了有机胺种类、胺化反应溶剂、反应时间、反应温度、超声波功率、搅拌转速、萃取乙醇浓度、萃取次数、重结晶乙醇浓度和重结晶次数对氢化枞酸提纯的影响,并对产品进行GC定量分析。确定提纯条件为:有机胺为乙醇胺,乙酸乙酯为反应溶剂,超声波功率为400 W,反应温度为40℃,搅拌转速为400 r/min,反应时间为40 min,萃取乙醇浓度为50%,萃取3次,重结晶乙醇浓度为50%,重结晶3次,所得氢化枞酸产品纯度和收率分别为94.5%和10.48%。

With hydrogenated rosin as raw material , the purification of hydrogenated abietic acid was studied by organic amine salt method in coordination with ultrasonic wave .The effects of differ-ent organic amines , aminating solvents , reaction temperature , reaction time , ultrasound power , agi-tating speed , ethanol concentration for extraction , extraction times , ethanol concentrateion for re-crystallization and recrystallization times on the purity of hydrogenated abietic acid were investingated and then the isolated hydrogennated abietic acid products were determined with GC .The optimum conditions obtained were as follows: ethanol amine as organic amine , ethyl acetate as reacted sol-vent, ultrasonic power of 400 W, reaction temperature of 40℃, agitating speed of 400 r/min, reac-tion time of 40 min, ethanol concentration of 50%for extraction, extraction times of three , ethanol concentration of 50%for recrystallization , recrystallization times of three .Under above reaction con-ditions, the purity and yield of the hydrogennated abietic acid obtained were 94.5% and 10.48%respectively .
