分子印迹聚合物吸附选择性好,有利于印迹分子的分离纯化。以蔗糖为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂制备了蔗糖分子印迹聚合物,利用单因素试验考察了不同引发剂、引发剂用量、模板分子与功能单体的用量比、反应温度、反应时间、功能单体与交联剂的用量比对印迹聚合物吸附容量的影响,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对印迹聚合物的结构进行了分析。实验结果表明,最佳反应条件为:引发剂为过硫酸铵,其浓度为1.2 mg/mL,反应时间18 h,反应温度50℃,甲基丙烯酸与蔗糖的用量比为4∶1,交联剂与甲基丙烯酸的用量比为5∶1。扫描电镜图显示,分子印迹聚合物具有纵横交错的网络和许多特异性识别孔穴。红外光谱表明,印迹聚合物中的模板分子能被很好地洗脱下来。
分子印跡聚閤物吸附選擇性好,有利于印跡分子的分離純化。以蔗糖為模闆分子,甲基丙烯痠為功能單體,N,N′-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺為交聯劑製備瞭蔗糖分子印跡聚閤物,利用單因素試驗攷察瞭不同引髮劑、引髮劑用量、模闆分子與功能單體的用量比、反應溫度、反應時間、功能單體與交聯劑的用量比對印跡聚閤物吸附容量的影響,併用傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對印跡聚閤物的結構進行瞭分析。實驗結果錶明,最佳反應條件為:引髮劑為過硫痠銨,其濃度為1.2 mg/mL,反應時間18 h,反應溫度50℃,甲基丙烯痠與蔗糖的用量比為4∶1,交聯劑與甲基丙烯痠的用量比為5∶1。掃描電鏡圖顯示,分子印跡聚閤物具有縱橫交錯的網絡和許多特異性識彆孔穴。紅外光譜錶明,印跡聚閤物中的模闆分子能被很好地洗脫下來。

The molecularly imprinted polymers have been discovered to have good selectivity for ab-sorption .It is beneficial to separation and purification of the imprinted molecule .The molecularly imprinted polymers of sucrose were prepared by using the sucrose as template molecule , methyl methacrylate as functional monomer and N , N′-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker .The effects of the different initiators , dosage of initiator , dosage ratio of sugar and methyl methacrylate , reaction temperature , reaction time and the dosage ratio of functional monomer and crosslinking agent on the adsorption capacity of molecularly imprinted polymers were investigated with single factor method . The structure of imprinted polymers was analyzed by IR , SEM.The experiments showed that the op-timal reaction conditions were ammonium persulfate as initiator , its concentration 1.2 mg/mL, the reaction time in 18 h, the reaction temperature at 50℃, the dosage ratio of methyl methacrylate and sugar in 4∶1, and the dosage ratio of crosslinking agent and methyl methacrylate in 5∶1.The SEM results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymers surface appeared crisscross network and many specific identification cavities .The FT-IR results showed that the template molecules in polymer were well eluted down .
