目的:观察胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)对小鼠诱导多潜能干(iPS)细胞诱导效率的影响。方法:将鼠胚成纤维细胞分为对照组和实验组,2组均予经典四因子的逆转录病毒载体感染,实验组在培养基里加入IGF-1,进行iPS细胞诱导,并对其进行鉴定。结果:对照组和实验组的iPS细胞诱导效率分别为(0.05±0.0002)%和(0.01±0.0005)%,所获iPS细胞为阳性。结论:IGF-1提高小鼠iPS细胞的诱导效率。

목적:관찰이도소양생장인자-1(IGF-1)대소서유도다잠능간(iPS)세포유도효솔적영향。방법:장서배성섬유세포분위대조조화실험조,2조균여경전사인자적역전록병독재체감염,실험조재배양기리가입IGF-1,진행iPS세포유도,병대기진행감정。결과:대조조화실험조적iPS세포유도효솔분별위(0.05±0.0002)%화(0.01±0.0005)%,소획iPS세포위양성。결론:IGF-1제고소서iPS세포적유도효솔。
Objective:To study the effect of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) on the induced efficiency of murine induced pluripotent stem(iPS) cells. Methods:Mouse embryonic fibroblasts were divided into control group and experimental group. The 2 groups were infected with retro-viruses expressing classic 4 factors while the medium of the experimental group was added IGF-1. Then the clones were determined. Result: The in-duced efficiency of the control group and the experimental group were (0.05± 0.0002)%and (0.01± 0.0005)%respectively. The clones were positive. Conclusion:IGF-1 improve the inducing efficiency of iPS cells.
