采用含有16%石粉的机制砂为原料制备干粉砂浆。研究羟丙基纤维素、消泡剂、减水剂及粉煤灰对M5.0~M30干粉砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:纤维素掺入砂浆,大大改善了砂浆保水性能但使强度有所降低;在干粉砂浆中加入0.1%的纤维素,同时加入消泡剂和减水剂,可以提高强度;粉煤灰的加入可以改善胶砂比较小的干粉砂浆的泌水现象。
採用含有16%石粉的機製砂為原料製備榦粉砂漿。研究羥丙基纖維素、消泡劑、減水劑及粉煤灰對M5.0~M30榦粉砂漿性能的影響。結果錶明:纖維素摻入砂漿,大大改善瞭砂漿保水性能但使彊度有所降低;在榦粉砂漿中加入0.1%的纖維素,同時加入消泡劑和減水劑,可以提高彊度;粉煤灰的加入可以改善膠砂比較小的榦粉砂漿的泌水現象。

The dry-mixed mortar is made of the mechanism sand w hich contains 16% limestone powder .This article studied the in-fluence of hydroxyl propyl cellulose ,defoamer ,water reducer and fly ash on the performance of M 5 .0-M30 dry-mixed mortar .T he results show that mixing fiber into cement mortar greatly improves the cement′s water retention capacity but its strength decreased .Addition of 0 .1% fiber into dry-mixed mortar ,mixing with the defoamer and water reducer at the same time ,can improve the cement′s strength .The addition of fly ash can improve the bleeding of dry-mixed mortar with small cement aggregate ratio .
