为了克服纯GFRP箱梁刚度低、抗剪能力弱、脆性破坏和初期造价高等缺点,结合钢材刚度大、抗剪能力强、延性好和价格低等优点,提出了一种新型GFRP/钢复合箱梁。以某一特定GFRP箱梁为例,通过理论计算,分别考察了在GFRP箱梁上下翼缘、腹板和全截面中复合钢板后钢板体积比(复合部位钢板体积与总体积之比)对GFRP箱梁性能的影响,同时对比分析了在GFRP箱梁上下翼缘中复合单向CFRP的情况。分析结果表明:复合钢板后, GFRP箱梁的性能得到了大幅提升,总造价却几乎保持不变,同时全截面复合钢板的性能明显优于上下翼缘复合钢板的。
為瞭剋服純GFRP箱樑剛度低、抗剪能力弱、脆性破壞和初期造價高等缺點,結閤鋼材剛度大、抗剪能力彊、延性好和價格低等優點,提齣瞭一種新型GFRP/鋼複閤箱樑。以某一特定GFRP箱樑為例,通過理論計算,分彆攷察瞭在GFRP箱樑上下翼緣、腹闆和全截麵中複閤鋼闆後鋼闆體積比(複閤部位鋼闆體積與總體積之比)對GFRP箱樑性能的影響,同時對比分析瞭在GFRP箱樑上下翼緣中複閤單嚮CFRP的情況。分析結果錶明:複閤鋼闆後, GFRP箱樑的性能得到瞭大幅提升,總造價卻幾乎保持不變,同時全截麵複閤鋼闆的性能明顯優于上下翼緣複閤鋼闆的。

In order to overcome the disadvantages ,such as the low stiffness ,weak shear capacity , brittle failure and the high initial costs in all glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) box beam ,and make use of the benefits of steel ,such as the high stiffness ,strong shear capacity ,good ductility and the low costs ,a new type of GFRP/steel composite box beam is proposed .A given GFRP box beam is used to investigate the effects of adding steel volume ratios (the ratio of steel volume to the total volume in the adding section) on the performances of the GFRP box beam by theoretical calculation , and the adding sections of steel plates for GFRP box beam include top and bottom flanges ,webs and all cross-section ,respectively .The case of adding unidirectional CFRP into top and bottom flanges of GFRP box beam is also considered .The analytical results indicate that the performances of GFRP box beam increase dramatically and the cost of beam remains almost unchanged after adding steel plates . At the same time ,the performance of GFRP box beam is obviously excellent by adding steel plates into the whole cross-section compared with into top and bottom flanges .
