研究了某三水型高钛铝土矿的溶出特性,考察了温度、时间、石灰添加量及碱质量浓度对氧化铝和二氧化钛溶出率的影响。试验结果表明:温度对氧化铝的溶出影响显著,而石灰添加量对钛的溶出影响较大;较佳的溶出条件为温度240℃,时间40 min ,石灰添加量4%,苛性碱质量浓度225 g/L ;最佳条件下,二氧化钛溶出率为9.75%,氧化铝溶出率为88.91%。
研究瞭某三水型高鈦鋁土礦的溶齣特性,攷察瞭溫度、時間、石灰添加量及堿質量濃度對氧化鋁和二氧化鈦溶齣率的影響。試驗結果錶明:溫度對氧化鋁的溶齣影響顯著,而石灰添加量對鈦的溶齣影響較大;較佳的溶齣條件為溫度240℃,時間40 min ,石灰添加量4%,苛性堿質量濃度225 g/L ;最佳條件下,二氧化鈦溶齣率為9.75%,氧化鋁溶齣率為88.91%。
연구료모삼수형고태려토광적용출특성,고찰료온도、시간、석회첨가량급감질량농도대양화려화이양화태용출솔적영향。시험결과표명:온도대양화려적용출영향현저,이석회첨가량대태적용출영향교대;교가적용출조건위온도240℃,시간40 min ,석회첨가량4%,가성감질량농도225 g/L ;최가조건하,이양화태용출솔위9.75%,양화려용출솔위88.91%。
The dissolution property of a high titanium bauxite was investigated .The effect of several factors on dissolution of aluminum and titanium dioxide were examined .The experimental results showed that temperature was a significant influencing factor on dissolution of alumina ,lime usage influenced significantly the dissolution of titanium .The titanium dioxide dissolution rate was 9 .75%and alumina relative dissoution rate was 88 .91% under the best conditions of temperature of 240 ℃ , dissolution time of 40 minutes ,lime usage of 4% and alkali mass concentration of 225 g/L .
