采用固相反应法制备Bi1.5 ZnNb1.5-x Tix O7(0≤x≤0.2, BZNT)陶瓷,研究了Ti 4+替代Nb 5+对Bi1.5 Zn-Nb1.5 O7陶瓷显微结构、介电性能和结晶化学特性的影响。结果表明:替代量x≤0.15 mol时,样品为单一的α-BZN相;陶瓷样品在960℃表现出最佳烧结特性,随着Ti 4+替代量增加,晶格常数减小;结晶化学参数键价和AV (O′)[Bi4]、AV(O′)[Bi3 Zn]、AV(O′)[Bi2 Zn2]、AV(O′)[Ti3 Zn]均增大,且该行为与其晶格常数、介电性能变化相吻合。

Bi1.5 ZnNb1.5-x Tix O7 (0≤x≤0.2, BZNT)ceramics was prepared by a solid phase reaction .The effect of Ti 4+substitu-ting Nb 5+on the microstructure, dielectric and crystal chemistry properties of Bi 1.5 ZnNb1.5 O7 based ceramics was investigated.The re-sults revealed that when x≤0.15mol, crystal structure of Bi 1.5 ZnNb1.5-x Tix O7 ceramics via X-ray diffraction(XRD) was pure α-BZN phase.And all the compositions exhibited an optimal sintering property at 960o C .With the increase in the amount of Ti 4+ion , lattice constant gradually decreased .For crystal chemistry parameters, with the increase in the amount of Ti 4+ion, AV(O′)[Bi4 ], AV(O′)[Bi3 Zn], AV(O′)[Bi2 Zn2 ], AV(O′)[Ti3 Zn] all gradually increased, which coincided with the changes of lattice constant and dielectric properties.
