In this study, the concentrations of Znic (Zn) and copper(Cu) have been measured through TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer in Tilapianilotica from Datunhai reservoir in the Honghe Hani&Yi Autonomous Prefecture. We handled the scales, muscles, intestines, bladders and skins of Tilapia nilotica by the Microwave digestion method. The results showed that: It was different of bioconcentration of heavy metals in different tissues of Tilapia nilotica. The Zn metals content in the liver and gills of Tilapia were higher:28.0±5.40 mg/kg, 16.0±3.40 mg/kg respectively, while that in the muscle and intestine were lower:1.00±0.22 mg/kg, 1.00±0.03 mg/kg, respectively. The Cu metals content in the liver, intestine, scales and gills were higher: 6.80±0.21 mg/kg, 5.20±0.52mg/kg, 5.00±0.35mg/kg, 4.10±0.30 mg/kg, respectively, while that in the muscle was lowest:0.10±0.01 mg/kg.
