住宅建筑在施工阶段因使用机电设备耗用大量的能源,会产生大量碳排放,阻碍了建筑行业的低碳化发展。住宅建筑施工阶段的碳排放量化是寻求建筑低碳发展路径的基础,通过确定电力和化石能源的碳排放因子,推导碳排放总量的计算方法,汇总施工阶段机电设备的使用数据。以实例演算获得不同机电设备的碳排放量,分析并提出了该阶段的碳减排措施。经验算,该计算方法同样适用于其他的建筑类别,具有较好的适用性。

Due to the use of mechanical and electrical equipments in the construction phase of residential building ,energy consumption produces large amounts of carbon emissions ,which hinders the development of low-carbon economy .While quantifying carbon emissions is the basis of constructing low-carbon development path .By determining the carbon emission factors for electricity and fossil energy , the calculation method of carbon emissions is deduced , then the consumption data of mechanical and electrical equipments in the construction phase are summarized .The carbon emissions of different electromechanical equipments are obtained and carbon reduction measures at this stage are analyzed .This calculation method is equally applicable to the rest of the construction category ,which has a better applicability .
