　　目的比较银杏叶软胶囊液与氢氧化钙诊间封药的临床疗效．方法将患者随机分组，对照组根管内放置氢氧化钙棉捻，实验组根管内放置银杏叶软胶囊液，分别记录两组患牙封药前后的临床表现和复诊次数，并进行统计学分析．结果实验组有效率为93．33％，对照组有效率为92．31％，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）．结论银杏叶软胶囊液与氢氧化钙在诊间封药有同样的疗效，能较好地改善临床症状，是理想的纯中药根管消毒剂．

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Ginkgo biloba soft capsule solution and calcium hydroxide in the intracanal medicament .Method The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group .Calcium hydroxide cotton twist was applied in the control group , and Ginkgo biloba soft capsule solution was applied in the experimental group as the intracanal medicament ,and clinical manifestations before and after the intracanal medicament ,and the number of follow-up,were recorded and analyzed statistically . Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 93 .33%, the effective rate in the control group was 92.31%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba soft capsule solution has the same therapeutic effect as calcium hydroxide solution in the intracanal medicament ,which can improve the clinical symptoms and should be an ideal new intracanal medicament .
