　　陶慕宁校注本《金瓶梅词话》，参考吸纳了多年来《金瓶梅》点校及语词研究成果，其较前有校本可谓“后出转精”，然由于大家熟知的原因，该校注本还存在一些失校、误校、误点、误注现象。现就该书第41回至第60回校注方面存在的粗疏处进行考辨，以纠正其误校和失校文字。
　　도모저교주본《금병매사화》，삼고흡납료다년래《금병매》점교급어사연구성과，기교전유교본가위“후출전정”，연유우대가숙지적원인，해교주본환존재일사실교、오교、오점、오주현상。현취해서제41회지제60회교주방면존재적조소처진행고변，이규정기오교화실교문자。
Though people speak highly of TAO Mu-ning’ s Jin Ping Mei Ci Hua for he referred to and drew on the years-accu-mulated achievements on collating Jin Ping Mei, he still left problems in his version like omissions , mis-emendations, mis-punctu-ations and mis-annotation for the reasons known by everyone.This paper aims to correct or complement the mis-emendations and o-missions from chapter 41 to chapter 60 by examining carefully examine TAO Mu-ning’ s version.
