The necessary of oil vapor recovery during loading was introduced. Four common oil vapor recovery technologies were respectively analyzed from the aspects of process characteristics, energy consumption and so on, such as condensation method, adsorption method, membrane method and absorption method. Existing problems and development trend of these oil vapor recovery technologies were discussed. At the same time, a successful application case of the low temperature oil absorption method was introduced. Finally some feasible advices on the applicability of these oil vapor recovery technologies were put forward. This paper provided not only technical reference for the development and application of oil vapor recovery, but also powerful technical support for the environmental protection and energy saving.
