Furnace type selection, tube material selection, calorific intensity on the tube surface of heater,velocity of flow, flow patterns, radiant tube support expansion, heating furnace hot efficiency and flue gas dew point corrosion protective measures were introduced. Design key elements of liquid phase diesel hydrogenation reaction feed heating furnace were discussed. It’s pointed out that furnace type with double-sided radiation tubes should be selected;calorific intensity on the tube surface of heater should be determined based on the nature of the medium oil, allowable oil film temperature, wall temperature and so on; appropriate flow pattern and tube material should be selected;thermal expansion problem of radiant tube support should be treated; burners should be reasonably selected and arranged;the lining structure should be designed.
