　　不停输带压开孔、带压封堵技术是在压力容器、压力管道上运用的一种新密封结构的维修技术。对其原理、特点、施工过程、应用情况进行分析研究，改变了管道在施工、维修期间的停输、降压、动用明火等传统的作业方式，安全可靠、无污染，既不影响管线的正常输送，又能保证安全、高效、环保的完成新旧管线的连接工作。

The hot tapping and plugging technology without shutdown is a repair technology of the pressure vessel, pressure pipeline by using a new sealing structure. In this paper, the principle, characteristics, construction process and application of the hot tapping and plugging technology were analyzed. The technology can change traditional operation modes, and it has many advantages, such as safety and reliability, no pollution and so on.
