为考察炼油装置挥发性有机物(VOCs)的泄漏情况,参考美国环保局(EPA)相关方法,对某炼油企业7套生产装置的泄漏情况进行了检测。共检出严重泄漏点位22个,占检测总数的0.62%,其中气体分馏装置检出13个;开口管线、泵、阀门和连接器是各种设备及管阀件中最容易发生泄漏的部位;严重泄漏点均位于气体及轻质液体介质的工艺管线上。
為攷察煉油裝置揮髮性有機物(VOCs)的洩漏情況,參攷美國環保跼(EPA)相關方法,對某煉油企業7套生產裝置的洩漏情況進行瞭檢測。共檢齣嚴重洩漏點位22箇,佔檢測總數的0.62%,其中氣體分餾裝置檢齣13箇;開口管線、泵、閥門和連接器是各種設備及管閥件中最容易髮生洩漏的部位;嚴重洩漏點均位于氣體及輕質液體介質的工藝管線上。

In order to investigate the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) leaking status of petroleum refining units, seven process units of one refinery were detected according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) methods. Twenty-two leaking points were detected, accounting for 0.62%of the total number of detection,including thirteen leaking points located in gas fractionation unit;open-ended lines, pumps, valves and connectors in all process equipments were the points most likely to leak;serious leaking points all were located in the process pipes serving for gas and light liquid mediums.
