针对裸露输油管道保温层失效,安全停输时间难以控制的问题,结合有限容积法,建立了裸露输油管道二维、非稳态传热模型。该模型考虑了凝固潜热的影响,对比分析了保温层失效前后稠油温降规律。在此基础上,运用SPSS18.0软件,拟合了停输时间与热油的平均温度的关系曲线,最终确定了保温层失效前后的安全停输时间。研究结果表明,保温层失效前,管内稠油温降速率较低,靠近管壁及蜡层附近相对较大,安全停输时间为227 h;保温层失效后,靠近中心处稠油温降速率相对较小,靠近管壁及蜡层附近温降速率大大增加,散热损失增大,安全停输时间降低至82 h。

According to the problem of uncontrollable safe shutdown time after the insulation layer failure, a two dimension unsteady-state model of exposed pipeline was established by the finite volume method, and the latent heat of solidification was considered in the model. The law of temperature drop of the exposed pipeline before and after the insulation layer failure was compared and discussed. Based on the above, the shutdown time and the average temperature of heavy oil after line turndown were fitted by SPSS 18.0, and then the safe shutdown times of the above two cases were determined finally. The results show that, before the insulation layer failure, the temperature drop of heavy oil in the pipe is low, temperature drop near the wall and wax layer is relatively large, and the safe shutdown time is 227 h;after the insulation layer failure, temperature drop of heavy oil near pipe medial axis is relatively low, temperature drop of heavy oil near the wall and wax layer is relatively large, and the safe shutdown time is 82 h.
