Research on Acupuncture%Treatment of insomnia
目的:论证针灸治疗失眠的疗效。方法:112例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各56例,治疗组针灸主穴:百会、四神聪、神庭、太溪、太冲、神门、三阴交、大陵、通里、内关;配穴辩证加心俞、擅中,太阳、印堂、中脘、足三里、风池、行间、丰隆、太溪;留针30分钟,每10分钟行针1次。对照组56例每晚睡前半小时服2毫克舒乐安定。12次为1疗程,2疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组中显效39例,有效16例,无效1例,总有效率98%;对照组中显效26例,有效24例,无效6例总有效率75.9%;2组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针灸百会、神庭等穴位,是治疗失眠症最理想的方法。

목적:론증침구치료실면적료효。방법:112례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각56례,치료조침구주혈:백회、사신총、신정、태계、태충、신문、삼음교、대릉、통리、내관;배혈변증가심유、천중,태양、인당、중완、족삼리、풍지、행간、봉륭、태계;류침30분종,매10분종행침1차。대조조56례매만수전반소시복2호극서악안정。12차위1료정,2료정후관찰료효。결과:치료조중현효39례,유효16례,무효1례,총유효솔98%;대조조중현효26례,유효24례,무효6례총유효솔75.9%;2조비교차이유비상현저성의의(P<0.01)。결론:침구백회、신정등혈위,시치료실면증최이상적방법。
Objective: To demonstrate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment of insomnia. Methods: 112 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 56 cases, the treatment group Acupuncture Main points:Baihui Sishencong Court of God, too River, Taichong, God the door, Sanyinjiao, Daling, through the years, within the off;acupoints dialectics Xinyu, trespassing, the sun, Yintang, Zhongwan, Zusanli, the wind pool, between the lines, Hong Leong, too River;needle for 30 minutes, every 10 minutes line pin 1. Control group, 56 cases of half an hour every night before bed take 2 mg of estazolam. 12 times as a course of treatment, two effects were observed after treatment. Results:The treatment group were cured 39 cases, effective in 16 cases, 1 case, the total efficiency 98%;in the control group were cured 26 cases, effective in 24 cases, 6 cases total efficiency of 75.9%;2 group, the difference was significant significance (P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupuncture Baihui Shenting other points, the best way to treat insomnia.
