目的：探讨锁定钢板和普通T型钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效。方法将86例桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。2组患者分别采用普通T型钢板和锁定钢板进行内固定治疗，对2组患者的疗效、骨折复位及并发症的发生情况进行比较。结果观察组的优良率为93.0%，对照组优良率为67.4%，观察组优良率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后掌倾角、尺偏角均明显大于对照组，术后并发症明显少于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折可有效地维持骨折复位，获得满意的腕关节功能，疗效安全、可靠。

Objective To compare the effects of locking plate and type T plate on unstable distal radius fractures. Methods Eighty-six patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated with internal fixation using locking plate (observation group,n=43) or type T plate (control group,n=43). Curative efficacy, fracture reduction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.0% vs 67.4%,P<0.05).In addition,palmar tilt and ulnar deflection increased and postoperative complications decreased in observation group, compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Locking plate fixation is a safe and reliable technique for obtaining the effective maintenance of fracture reduction and satisfactory functional wrist motion in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.
